Fame UK Reunion Convention

 

The Convention took place at Birmingham Rep Theatre on Sunday 11th September. It started with a couple of Fame songs performed by Funky Voices.  

We then went upstairs where the cast were positioned at tables and we could queue for phots and autographs.

Throughout the day there were chances to chat with the cast.

Carol Mayo Jenkins was also available on Zoom to chat to fans.

There was merchandise on sale 

and raffle tickets being sold, with tickets being drawn throughout the day.

There was a break for lunch where Funky Voices performed again.

The afternoon session started with the cast Q&A which was hosted by Tom Urie. 

Sadly Cynthia had to leave early to catch her flight.

Then it was back to more meet and greets with the cast.

At the end of the morning and afternoon sessions fans had group photos taken with the cast.

The cast were very taken with Sinaed Mcfarlane's dog.

and Val's son Brooklyn dropped in for a visit.
