September is a short month at Kids From Fame Media as we will be taking our annual couple of weeks holiday. However, there will be some posts and we will be Celebrating:

Scenes from Fame, Promos, Janet Jackson Singles, Newspaper Articles, Publicity material and magazine articles.

Nia Peeples recently shared a post talking about things going on in her life at the moment. 

 "Thanks for your thoughtful question  For me, the question isn’t “how much capacity do I have?” But rather, “what is the energy showing me internally and then how and when do I move externally?”

Internally, what I feel when I’m in creation mode with my new team, —moving the website, creating funnels, branding, messaging etc— it feels expansive.  Fun. Inspiring. It gives me energy.

When I’m with my mom I feel honored and in acknowledgement that we are both doing some serious ancestral work.. holding each other’s hands through it— confessions, questions, support.

And when I’m handling her life— the physical frailty, the increasing need for help and motivation, new solutions, new docs, new meds— I feel a bevy of things: sadness, compassion, awe, anger. Anger that this intelligent, courageous, powerful woman,  who worked so hard her whole life is now suffering such painful decline. Angry that my freedom has severely diminished.

It all exists simultaneously.

It’s such a reflection of these times in humanity: pregnant with possibility as we turn toward the shift — and weighted  by the old ways of being, thinking, believing, operating. We are experiencing the transition period of birthing: both painful and promising.

 Herein lies the edge of my growth: how do I move through the obvious difficulty while staying aware of potentials to move differently?  With more love inclusive of myself.

For me it’s not about finding more courage or strength or belief in myself.  For others it may be. But for me it’s about trusting my extraordinary capacity for compassion and awareness enough to be the decider of how things are handled so that I am not lost but also honored in the equation and process.

Divine Intelligence is moving through all of it  on the path of least resistance toward the most harmonic outcome over all.  In the difficulty lies the opportunity for mastery… mastery of attunement with the Intelligence ItSelf."

Janet Jackson will be celebrating  her "Control" album's 40th Anniversary year with a special Concert pm December 12th at Amerant Bank Arena. The concert will be filmed, shown in Theaters / Cinemas first and then head to streaming platforms.  

P.R . Paul has posted on social media stating he has new music coming soon.

Sadly Dolly Parton died last week. Debbie Allen spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her passing. Rest in Peace Dolly.

The new Series of A Different World directed by and featuring Debbie Allen will be on Netflix from September 24th.

Issue 11 of the Official Fame Magazine was published in U.K.         Read Issue

Season 3 Commenced filming with a 2 day shoot for the "Rock N Roll World" Production Number. Which would be used as publicity for the new Season.

Fame Press Party to launch Season 3 takes place at on the Fame Set at MGM Studios.

On it's 3rd week on the U.K. Album chart Kids from Fame Sing For You peaks at Number 28 on the charts. It would spend a further 4 weeks going down the chart until it disappears on 2nd October 1983.

29th August 1983

Filming on Season 3 Episode 1 "Gonna Learn How To Fly" commenced; continuing through to 6th September 1983 .
