Christopher Beaumont was born on 7th December 1950 in Los Angeles, California. He studied at Grant High enjoying Drama English and Music.
He started his career as an actor in the 19701s appearing on shows like: The Brady Bunch, The Waltons, Bonanza, The Partridge Family and Here We Go Again.

In 1988 he married actress, singer Gloria Loring and was step father to her children Robin and Brennan Thicke. The couple divorced in 1993
In the 80s and 90s Christopher moved behind the scenes and started writing and producing TV. He wrote for shows like: Highway to Heaven, Happy Endings, Our House and Port Charles.
On Fame he worked on the show from 1982 to 1984 during Seasons 2 and 3 where he had the role of Executive Story Consultant.
This also involved him Writing or Co Writing 5 episodes of the show: "Feelings", "Words", "Ending On A High Note", "Home Again" and "Sheer Will".
He also guest starred in the season 3 Episode "The Home Front" as the evaluation Interviewer.
