"Friday Night" comes from the season 2 episode "Sunshine Again" where it is performed by Carlo Imperato.
The original was written by Billy Falcon and comes from his 1978 album Billy Falcon's Burning Rose.

I liked the version of Friday Night that was sung by Carlo Imperato much better.
