Sad news: Last month "Fame" guest star Richard Simmons died aged 76. He died the day after his birthday. Richard guest starred in the season 2 episode "Teachers". May he rest in peace.
Michael Cerveris will be returning to Broadway for the Broadway version of the musical "Tammy Faye" with previews starting in October. The musical has music from Elton John with Lyrics by Jake Shears. Michael will play Jerry Falwell.
Debbie Allen's mother Vivian Ayers who celebrated her 101st birthday last month was honoured by Nasa as one of the Hidden Figures of the Apollo 11 space mission
