29th April is the 35th Anniversary of the very first broadcast in the U.S. of  "Reunions".

When Mrs Berg tells Shorfosky she has a message from an old friend of his who is town

Shorofsky is hesitate about meeting his friend and becomes distracted in class.

Which is noticed by his students.

However when his friend Frieda actually turns up at the school, Shorfosky is forced to face up to his past.

Meanwhile Miss Sherwood struggles to get her class to take the Diary of Ann Frank seriously until she asks Frieda to talk to the class.

Lydia asks Danny and Leroy to buy the props for the upcoming school production.

But when the props they buy turn out to be stolen they are left with no props and very little money so Danny turns pool hustler.

Also Leroy is struggling to get the money together to get a ticket to fly his Mother into town and the hope is Danny will make enough money to buy the props and the plane ticket.

However when Danny fails Mr Shorofsky comes to the rescue to reunite Leroy and his Mother.
